Unlimitel starts offering dedicated IP-PBX services using the Warp IP-PBX appliance from Pika.

New easy to use hosted IP-PBX services from Unlimitel

Ottawa, ON, Canada – July 28, 2008 – Unlimitel Inc., a provider of VoIP services for Canadian small and medium businesses, today announced it is now offering state of the art and easy to use hosted IP-PBX services.

This new service allows small businesses with a single or multiple locations to link all telephone extensions with unified communications and perfect voice quality. The end user is in control of the system with Unlimitel's new web management interface (have a look HERE).

This service is different from any of our competitors since we dedicate a whole system to the customer. Our competition normally share one server with hundreds of customers which stop them from offering services like call parking. Some of our competitor offers virtualized IP-PBX servers but the voice quality is far from being perfect since there's no hardware synchronisation available in this type of configuration.
